Qualifications:

• Own a portable laser hair removal device with verifiable efficacy.
• Hold a current CLP certification.
• Maintain an individual commercial general liability policy. Minimum limits of liability: $1,000,000 Professional, Product and Personal Injury Liability/$2,000,000 Policy Aggregate

Terms:

• Enter into a mutually agreeable SERVICE AGREEMENT.
  • Defines the context of the contractor/subcontractor relationship.
  • Details the remuneration arrangement.
  • Indemnifies Simonson's in the event of a claim.
