Gift Card Refund Policy: Simonson's Gift Cards are non-refundable. They are redeemable for services and merchandise only. The unused Card value cannot be redeemed for cash. However, a balance will be carried until such time that it is depleted. Simonson's Salon & Day Spas is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Cards or any unauthorized use.
