Stylist
Lisa has proven to be an energetic, motivated and highly talented individual. Her experience includes servicing guests as a stylist, educating other salons in training and in 2006 she was promoted to service manager for the Simonson's in Elk River. Lisa balances the staffing and scheduling of the technicians while mentoring her staff in the attainment of their goals. Lisa says that it is tremendously rewarding when goals are achieved. Lisa large and loyal clients say 'they' are the ones who feel rewarded because of Lisa's creativity and professional standards; she especially enjoys working with brides and creating memorable up-do's.
Lisa graduated from Horst Academy in 2001. After receiving her cosmetology license, she started working for Simonson's Salon & Day Spa in Anoka. Among the fine products the salon carries, Nioxin is a line that specializes in fine or thinning hair. Lisa is sensitive to the fact that this is a very real and growing concern for men and women and went on to become an educator for Nioxin Research Laboratories. Over those years, she traveled to salons across Minnesota educating them on the health and maintenance of the scalp. Lisa regularly attends hair classes and events. Here's just a few:
