TAMMY
Salon Coordinator
Tammy joined Simonson's Salon and Day Spa at Anoka in March of 2003 as a Guest Service Representative. Tammy excelled in her position and was given the opportunity to become the Assistant Salon Coordinator in October of 2005 and thoroughly enjoyed her position. In May of 2007 Tammy received another promotion, becoming the Salon Coordinator at the Anoka location.
Her background in the beauty industry began at the age of 18, when she attended cosmetology school and became an active stylist for 8 years. Tammy has been with two previous salons as a stylist and managed another day spa. She continues to maintain her Cosmetology Managers license, but has chosen to utilize her strengths in customer service and team management.
Tammy continues to grow with Simonson's in her new position and enjoys her team. She is driven, motivated and upholds her integrity by working closely with the Service Manager at Anoka. She has a variety of responsibilities during her day to day operations. Because Tammy thrives by taking on challenges and focusing on the details, the position feels like home to her. She particularly enjoys her position because she's always had a love for relationship building with the clients. Even though she's not as active with guests as she was in her previous positions, she is still able to carry out exemplary customer service behind the scenes each and every day.
