Salon Coordinator
Kristin Larson was born and raised in North Dakota. She chose to reside in Minnesota in 2003 for further schooling. Larson has been in the beauty industry since she started with Simonson's Salon & Day Spa in 2003. She was promoted to Salon Coordinator for the Elk River location in 2004 and has now transferred to the Maple Grove location in June of 2007 to take over as their Salon Coordinator.
Her role as Salon Coordinator has elemental influence on the Guest Services Representative's growth with the company. Enthusiastically, she mentors and motivates her team for the most efficient and viable path, leading with compassion and ambition. Larson's responsibilities in summary include: overseeing the daily cash reports, scheduling, ordering and organizing retail and staff purchases, challenging and educating Guest Service Representatives to achieve sales goals and generally finding new and innovative ways to operate time consciously and effortlessly.
Education has always been Larson's back bone for her accomplishments and motivation, including: Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and currently attending the University of Phoenix working towards her Doctorate in Business Administration. She is on the Presidential List Honors averaging a 4.0 G.P.A., is a member of the Sigma Beta Delta-Kaplan College Chapter and the Alpha Beta Kappa-elected by Kaplan College Chapter Delta Zeta of Florida. She continues to believe that learning is empowering and believes that of each day at Simonson's Salon & Day Spa.
