MELISSA
Salon Coordinator
Melissa joined Simonson's Salon & Day Spa in April of 2003 as a Guest Service Representative. Her talent was recognized and she was offered the Assistant Salon Coordinator job in April, 2005. The last two years has prepared her for the advancement to Salon Coordinator position in June, 2007.
Prior to employment with Simonson's, Melissa was a client of the salon since its opening in 2001 and at the time, worked in manufacturing. Having the full Simonson's experience as a client helped her decision with her career change. Melissa's great work ethic and excellent customer service followed her to Simonson's.
Melissa's daily responsibilities require superior multi-tasking skills. She is motivated, detail-oriented and driven by the desire to impart exceptional customer service. She is an in-store celebrity when it comes to the clients that visit routinely. When new guests visit, they never seem to forget her bright smile and winning personality. Melissa has also developed strong working relationships with the rest of the Elk River team.
For Melissa, each day is a new opportunity to cultivate excellence and bring greater meaning to her role as a manger in our organization.
