LISA
Operations Administrator
Lisa Milinkovich began her career at Simonson's Salon and Day Spa (SS&DS) in 2001 with one aspiration in mind
to provide the guest with the most exceptional experience during each and every visit.
Lisa started as a part time Guest Service Representative at the Anoka salon and soon thereafter, transferred to the Elk River location. This transfer included a promotion to Assistant Salon Coordinator where she found her passion in training, educating, and guiding a front desk staff. Within six months, Lisa was promoted to Salon Coordinator of the Elk River salon. Two years later, she relocated to the Maple Grove location. In 2004, Lisa was awarded Simonson's FACET (Formidable Achievement of Commendable and Extraordinary Team Spirit) Award. This award is bestowed to the Simonson's team members who receive the most votes from their peers.
In 2005, she entered into the position of Senior Salon Coordinator for SS&DS. As Senior Salon Coordinator, Lisa worked closely with the Chief Operating Officer to establish and maintain new procedures for the Guest Service staff to operate more efficiently. In the winter of 2005, Lisa made the transfer to Simonson's newest salon in Plymouth acting in a dual role of Salon Coordinator and Senior Salon Coordinator, respectively.
2008 promises to be an exciting year for Lisa as she takes on a new position of Operations Administrator. Within this position, Lisa will work more closely with the Executive Team and management staff to implement universal operational procedures as well as collective Guest Services training.
Lisa excitedly continues to strive for the growth and success that has become synonymous with the Simonson's name. She attributes her achievements to her grandfather who taught her the value of working hard and the fundamentals of customer service. His advice is simple:
People can go anywhere to be serviced. But thanking them and really meaning it, makes the difference between a moment and an experience.
