Help hair grow faster

Some of us wish our hair would grow as fast as our kids seem to, while others wish it would slow down so our roots wouldn’t show as quickly. If you fall into the first category, you’ll be happy to know that there are things you can do to help your hair grow faster.

It shouldn’t surprise you that a healthy body makes for healthier hair. Eat well, exercise and get enough rest. If you begin these lifestyle practices simply to help your hair grow faster and healthier, then you’ll have the best of both worlds. Not only will your hair look the way you want, but you’ll feel better.

To make sure your body and your hair are getting the nutrients they need, take a daily multivitamin. If you already take a daily multivitamin and would like to take specific vitamins to promote hair growth, you can pick up vitamins that promote healthy hair, skin and nails at any nutrition store.

Hair care practices that help promote hair growth include not washing or drying your hair every day and getting haircuts (or trims between haircuts) more often than you do now.

As always, you should ask your stylist for hair growing tips because they’ll be able to make more specific recommendations for your specific hair type.

Happy hair growing!
