CLARE CARLSON

Human Resources Manger

Clare graduated from Metropolitan State University with her HR Manager degree.  She quickly found her passion in guiding, serving and communicating with others at an early age.  The pursuit of a career in human resources was a natural progression from her years as a nanny before attending college.

Outside of work Clare spoils her 6-year old yellow lab and enjoys relaxing at the end of the day with a good Netflix show. Clare has an infectious sense of humor and likes to look to the optimistic side of life.  Her bright smile and positive attitude are foundational to her role as Simonson’s HR Manager.
