• Passionately provide a comprehensive and guest focused service experience that aims to help the guest feel beautiful in their skin.
• Recommend progressive treatment plans to explore advanced skincare solutions.
• Create a renewing and welcoming environment where guests feel relaxed and heard.
• Learn about and promote all services and home care products offered at Simonson’s Salon & Spa.
• Continuously advance your knowledge about industry trends, ingredients and research.
• Commit to expanding your skills by attending ongoing educational courses and product trainings.
• Practice and promote a high regard for sanitation guidelines prescribed by our state laws and company policies and procedures.
