JILL ZETTERWALL | HR & Compliance Director
Jill Zetterwall has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1983. In 1984, Jill joined Simonson's Salon & Spa in Anoka and quickly become one of its most successful hair stylists. With more than a quarter of a century in the industry, Jill has worked with several different professional color lines, including Matrix, Goldwell, Framesi and Logics and she has continued to evolve as a color specialist.
While at Simonson’s, Jill has held the positions of Stylist Director, Senior Service Manager and Chief Services Officer. Her unrivaled tenure with the company makes her uniquely suited as the HR & Compliance Director on the Administrative team - while still being actively engaged as a hair stylist at the Anoka & Elk River locations.
In the role of HR & Compliance Director, Jill is the team’s human resource connection. Chief among her goals is ensuring that every salon and spa environment is ‘safe’. The positive changes that come with a progressive company keep her continually motivated to achieve continued success for both herself and Simonson’s.
REBECCA SEEMAN | Marketing & Media Coordinator
Rebecca Seeman is Simonson’s Salon and Spa’s Marketing and Media Coordinator. Rebecca is from Eau Claire, Wisconsin and graduated from Regis High School in 2006. She came to the Twin Cities to attend school at the University of Minnesota and graduated in May 2010 with a degree in Professional Strategic Communications; Public Relations and a minor in design. Throughout her college career, she was a marketing intern for the University of Minnesota’s College of Continuing Education, a newsletter copy editor and graphic designer for the American Academy of Advertising, and was involved with the University’s PRSSA (Public Relations Student Society of America) chapter.
During her four years at the University of Minnesota, Rebecca fell in love with the cosmopolitan feel of the Twin Cities, the generosity of its people and the seemingly endless opportunities for cultural exploration. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with family, close friends and traveling to places both near and far.
Rebecca believes that true beauty - inside and out - is revealed when you have a positive outlook in general on life and you’re confident about how you look. Growing the Simonson’s brand by communicating the “Experience Perpetual Renewal” message is serendipitously parallel to her own personal philosophies.

DIANE CARDONI | BUYER & MERCHANDISER
Diane recently celebrated her five-year anniversary with Simonson’s Salon and Spa. Her career background includes retail merchandising, sales, guest service and retail management. Diane began her career at Simonson’s as a Guest Service Representative and she still enjoys working with guests as the company’s Salon Merchandiser. Her merchandising responsibilities entail creating a beautiful, enticing and comfortable environment for Simonson’s guests to experience perpetual renewal. Diane’s passion for her position comes from working for a company with leaders who encourage and mentor her while providing her the freedom and trust to create beautiful and purposeful salon and spa surroundings. Diane’s work is inspired by this piece of the Simonson’s Creed: “If there's a better way, we'll strive to find it.”
Nita Larson | Senior Sanitation Steward
Nita ensures our salon and spa environments are clean and beautiful. She received the Simonson's F.A.C.E.T.S. Award in 2009 for her Formidable Achievement of Commendable and Extraordinary Team Spirit. The Simonson's F.A.C.E.T.S. Award recipient is selected by votes from Simonson's team members.
